Returning ONLINE purchases: Is the item not exactly what you had in mind? Unfortunately this can happen. To process your return, the following conditions apply:
• return within 14 days after receiving;
• return with the price tag attached ( Warning! in case of absence of the attached price tag we will not accept the return)
• register your return via firstname.lastname@example.org and include your full name, order number and reason for return);
• we do not grant any warranty on (rhine)stones and sequins;
• the costs for returns are to be paid by the customer; we advise customers to use track & trace numbers when returning goods
• return in the original and undamaged/unworn state (no strong perfume smell, cigarette smell, or detergent smell; )
• with lighter colours without stains we always check the products before it is sent
• include your name and address on the package and send the invoice along with the return.
After receiving your notification via email@example.com of the return you can bring the package to a post office of your choice. When we have received your purchase (according to the aforementioned conditions) we will transfer the transaction amount back to your account.
WARNING - WITH CREDITCARD PAYMENTS THE EXTRA CHARGE (2% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE) WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU! This will occur within 10 days.
If your order is not up to standard and this is the reason for your return you will receive a replacement item. If the item is not in stock, we will give a total refund. Returns that do not comply with the aforementioned conditions will not be resolved nor will they be refunded. You can return your package to our mailing address with a postal service of your choice.
